Four Rocker (4R) - A wide switch is commonly called a rocker or decora switch, it can also be used for GCFI outlets. This configuration controls four devices at once and is typically found at a major intersection in the home or office and in home theaters. All of these styles have a four rocker switch plate available even if it is not shown in the picture below. Other names for a four rocker switch plate include: Quad Rocker Switch Plate, 4 Rocker and Quad Decora.
