Five Rocker (5R) - A wide switch is commonly called a rocker or decora switch, it can also be used for GCFI outlets. This configuration controls five devices at once and is typically found at a major intersection in the home or office and in home theaters. All of these styles have a five rocker switch plate available even if it is not shown in the picture below. Other names for a four rocker switch plate include: Quint Rocker Switch Plate, 5 Rocker and Quintuple Decora.
